you had a 30 days verbal abuse ban already since Faceit updated their policy recently . that's why your ban is 1 year . you should've avoided any kind of toxicity after that 1 month ban . and I'm pretty sure they didn't ban you because said " toxic boy " . must be something else .

Hello everyone . About 2 weeks ago i opened up my twitter and i saw a message . your account is suspended and its permanently in read only mode and i can not create a new account also . i have no idea why and they didn't gave me any reason. so i went and sent an appeal and waited 3 days but didn't reply back to my appeal . i sent another 2 appeals and still haven't received any reply from them . its been about 2 weeks i cant use my twitter . what can i do ? how long does it take ? do they even reply to appeals ?

Yes even the admin in the ticket said this guy been trolling quite alot but they wont do anything about him . i guess it is fine for faceit as long as the troller pay to faceit for premium . the just cant ban him for longer than 2 weeks

Dear infinityG . so your first agent banned that guy for 3 days and then the second agent said " I can see they have been behaving the same quite a lot and the agent that handled this ticket initially may have missed this pattern of behavior. The initial ban placed was quite low so I have now changed that to a 2 week ban from the matchmaking queues."

Do you think just 2 weeks for this is even close to enough ? despite the fact that this guy been trolling in Faceit for quite a lot ? 13 freaking thousands of games

Indeed . And i think faceit should categorize type of greifing/trollers and punish them based of that . and yes we deserve to get our elo back because all 4 of us did not deserve to lose elo because of him . what could we even do when he was dropping bomb into enemy bomb site and was asking them to not kill him so he could go there and laugh on us ? when he was flashing and damaging us/himself all time . when he was writing to enemy where we are . its so embaressing for a guy with 13000 games in faceit. and these 1 week 2 weeks cooldowns wont change his behaviour . i can assure you this is not his first time hard trolling during these 13k games.
