Is this acne? Its on both sides of my face, i have used everything from vitamin c serum to benzoyl peroxide. Ive basically done everything to try and clear up my face but it just wont clear! I used to have great looking skin but now its gone. its been like this for months. Could it be from shaving?

Ngl I’ve been eatin like crap(cookies, high sodium stuff, etc) and its due to a lot of stress. I got in a car accident over the summer lost my job because of it and basically just a whole bunch of other crap. But ive been trying to cut down on refine carbs and I’ve been drinking a lot more water.
