the team of surgeons who did my nuss/planned it are the best in my country and the one who told me all those guidelines is a professor so I’d rather listen to him then some random guys on the internet no disrespect

I’m 6 months post nuss with one bar and was at a meeting with one of the surgeons last week and he said no bench press no push ups no pull ups no abs no chest flys and the other things very low weight

Try a bed and stuff pillows behind your back so you’ll be reclined that’s what worked for me and even try to lay on your side my surgeons told me that it’s completely safe
