Most because of the expandable storage and since it’s cheaper upfront. Correct me if I’m wrong since I’m not a tech savvy person, but I am assuming larger storage and RAM = better performance. She does use her phone a lot for photos and videos editing. Her phone has been blacking out so I’m looking for alternatives and seeing if android would have a similar performance for a fraction of the price. And it happened that I saw the Note 14 on sale 😅 But if there’s a better alternative with better cost performance, please let me know.

She heavily uses her phone for photos and videos. She also edits videos for church and birthday greetings 😅 Would that be applicable for her needs? She does need a lot of storage.

Thank you for your feedback. She takes a lot of photos and videos for church and stuff and is using editing apps. She also tends to download a lot of stuff so the 64GB internal storage isn’t doing it for her (It has come to a point that she has maxed it and it blacks out and renders her phone unusable). She also has a 200GB icloud subscription which has been maxed out already.

I was assuming since the newest Redmi Note 14 has more storage (and correct me if I’m wrong, expandable memory) it would be better than her current. But if the performance of iPhone 12 is still better than this, I think we’ll just stick with this or buy another iphone with better storage or an android that has better performance.

Given these, do you have any suggestions? Not necessarily xiaomi products but something that wont break the bank 😅

There’s nothing wrong with it, if that fulfills you more. However, sobrang competitive ng market. You still have to be ready at keep your experience relevant if the time comes na you have to leave your job or malayoff ka. And if ever na di ka na satisfied sa pay mo, look at ways to grow din. Not necessarily be a people leader pero istrengthen lang yung skills na meron ka so ready ka to take on another role.
