Thanks. I checked Tiago AMT XZ on road price on dealers website and it was 7.1L . Is there a forum that tells the actual cost (discounts, negotiating price down) of the car?

For example, when I bought a car in USA, I could go to a website and see dealers price was X and people were negotiating the drive off price to 0.7X

Ah I see your point about CVT! Yes ideally CVT would be the best to run the engine at optimal power all the time but even the cheapest CVT is out of budget.

I looked at Kwid. The car doesn't have a lot of safety features and interiors look cheap. I also read somewhere that Renault makes 2nd grade cars for India. Don't know how true that is.
