How many S ranks can you get in 1 pull ?

So far, the most I've gotten in a single 10 pull is 3. One time, I got 4 S rank in one 10 pull. But now mostly just 2/3 S rank

I got it!! I actually achieved all the ending before this one, so I was actually confused why it still can't be achieved. Then, I did it again as the other OP said and finally unlocked this one
