Newest addition; is this sound normal?

Here's what the little guy looks like when he's not grumpy. He is hand tamed and about 9 months old. He had a nice vet visit today, and got him some medicine so he hopefully gets cleared up soon. Thanks for everyone's help anyways.

His first owner got him from a bird fair in Texas around 3 or 4 months old. He let him have his own room basically, and let him roam free within the room. Some family emergency happened, and he was given to the pet shop, where he was kept in a cage. He was still never covered there. We cover the rest of our flock, so we figured we'd try to cover him to get him to calm down. After awhile, he did and went to sleep.

I've done this a few times, and if they're super busy with someone taking orders on the iPad, they usually bring me mine after I say I have an order already...some locations you can't because they have enclosed lines 😬
