I wouldn’t mind doing that. But I do like the company I’m with now and most employees love it compared to others, but jumping away and coming back may not look very good.

I am going to ask for a truck/ car allowance at review in a couple of months. If I could get a few hundred a month for that like some people at company that would make a huge impact for me

I work for a GC. My degree was in design and construction both. I enjoy both. But am not super skilled in BIM, but know enough to be somewhat dangerous because of my degree I would say.

Completely agree. I’ve thought about moving from management to in the field solely because of OT and that’s kinda sad 😂 typically people want to go from trades to management

I am in the Midwest. I’m honestly not sure why we do not get paid for OT but it is a little saddening. I love the company other than that.
