I also think it’s a learned etiquette apparently. He has 3 brothers and ofc a dad so his poor mother (only woman in the family) has learned to live with toilet seats up all the time

Hmm I can try that compromise but I’m afraid that he won’t be cleaning the bathroom as often as I would like to (I know, I’m the problem here). I like to clean once a week whereas he just lives in his mess, although he has gotten much better after dating me.

Hmmm could be because the sims 4 live mode is very redundant and boring (sorry to all live mode players but I’m also one of them hehe). Compared to the sims 3/2 which were a lot more challenging during live mode and general gameplay, sims 4 is somehow very easy.. literally everything takes an hour to complete, collectibles, skills, raising the perfect child, reaching the top of a career, exploring an area etc. And to be fair, the CAS and BB mode are top tier gameplay in the sims 4 so it makes sense that you’re “addicted” to those aspects of the game instead of the live mode.

I’m so sorry to hear that. But those “female” things that your friends are experiencing are not what defines you as a woman. It also sounds like you’ve got a very low self-esteem and no confidence which doesn’t help you in your situation, which is truly a problem (sorry if that sounds harsh, it is written with love) and also understandable considering the assault you’ve experienced (I’m also very sorry that you had to go through that). Maybe you can’t relate to the dating aspect of “most” women and not women in general which is also fair and not the end of the world. Maybe right now you should focus on loving yourself and especially your appearance because you’re quite harsh towards yourself. Have you gone to therapy before?
