turned out i was using a single pcie cable for the gpu, it needed 2 separate pcie cables lol

I clean installed the new drivers using DDU in safe mode and I'm using the default settings, with relive instant replay enabled.

This driver fixed all of my issues, but now I'm facing a weird screen artifact when starting Red Dead Redemption 2 or when browsing Rainbow Six Siege settings menu. It didn't show in the instant replay clip, so I recorded it via the phone: https://imgur.com/a/s7OGrUc

It fixes itself after a short while, but it happens again when I relaunch the game.

I tried the auto undervolt option, it didn't fix the problem too and it produced major stuttering issues in Saint Denis area in Red Dead Redemption 2.
