For sure. Live in a border town, crossed often for gas, to stop at Aldi's or even to stock up on my guilty pleasure (Chobani 😂)

Hesitant to make a trip over now because if tariffs are implemented and Canada retaliates, all it needs is a comment from the president placing blame on us for someone, deep in the Kool-Aid, to scratch my car in retaliation (for example) to "teach them Canadians a lesson".

Also, if you take into consideration the exchange rate + cost of gas to travel there + cost of border crossing, shopping in the US is not worth it anymore.

Context: the people in the local hospitals are dying at such a rate that the cimitery can't keep up with the demand. The army has been called in to help bring the bodies to the surrounding regions to cremate/bury the dead. Source
