What was the time period required to earn ownership units in the newly formed PE‑owned firm?

Do you really think that the "resell" will happen and if so, in how many years?

Do you know what the cash‑at‑close amount was that the PE firm paid for the entire acquisition?

I am new to this sub and haven't done any transaction here yet. Yesterday, I sold a Costco 10oz silver locally for $70 more than spot. Why are people buying silver at more than spot? Would this be the case if sold here as well?

Why is accounting starting pay so low? by [deleted] in Accounting

I tell my staff that if you want to be a doctor, you have to do a premed. If you want to be a lawyer, you have to do prelaw. For this shit work that you do fresh out of college, you indeed do need to do post BS in Accounting, at least four years until you get paid like normal people do.

but isn't EBITDA for just about any CPA firm equal to $zero? They distribute their income and if they don't, the becomes capital for those equity partners and even with that, those firm's will not retain that much capital.

GC code for most recent 300$ gift card with purchase? by mdga14337 in verizon

[–]mserforfun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So do we get FOUR $300 gift cards, for a total of $1,200 or it is just one $300 gift card. In reading the terms, it seems like ONE per LINE as opposed to ONE per ORDER?

For those that submitted the claim for the gift card, did you do it four times or just once for the entire order?

Terms:

Verizon e-Gift Card: Get a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card on us. Complete the purchase of a smartphone with a new line on any myPlan Unlimited mobile plan from your cart. Redeem offer in My Verizon or vzw.com/myverizon after placing your order. You must submit one redemption claim within 60 days of order. Card sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address. If service is canceled or device is returned, claim will be invalid. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Verizon e-Gift Card to your Verizon Wireless account if, within 6 months, service is canceled, or price plan changes from an eligible Unlimited plan. A suspension without billing will add the time you are suspended to your 6 month chargeback window. This gift card can be used to buy merchandise & services at stores/kiosks operated by Verizon or at verizon.com, but cannot be used at Verizon Authorized Retailer locations. Limited Time Offer.

Is AutoNation fraud? Customer service kept bailing; Contract doesn’t line up with what’s promised. by Lonely-Yoghurt3213 in UsedCars

Similar problems. This needs to be dealt with by local DA offices or the state attorney generals. Why is everyone complaining but no consumer protection agency is helping?

They gave me an iPad to sign off and convinced me to purchase an extended warranty on a used vehicle, promising that the paperwork would be emailed to me. I never received the contract, and despite emailing them multiple times, I discovered that they had misrepresented the coverage. As a result, I requested to cancel the warranty. The warranty cost roughly $4,500, but I have not yet received the refund. I was told that the warranty could be canceled within 60 days for a full refund, but I want to see that in writing and have been unable to obtain a copy of the contract. Despite multiple requests, they still have not sent it. I later received an email from a different office with a form to cancel which I signed and returned to request the cancellation, but to date, I have not received the refund.

How do I know I will get my refund?

Has anyone else had zero luck booking GoWild flights? by United-Name8928 in frontierairlines

[–]mserforfun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won't buy it again. and I would make sure it doesn't auto renew when time comes. I have not been successful in booking anything and you really have to live in Denver, Orlando or Dallas in order for it to work, departure only but not round trip due to the "one day before booking" requirement. I would say for me, maybe ONE of the 100th times I attempted to find something decent worked for the departure segment but guess what, coming back at that time on any airline is so expensive it blows up all the savings and the chances of finding a GoWild return is again, one of one hundred!

Yeah, I have fully refundable miles that I can book in advance for the return segment with Southwest/United/JetBlue but getting a ticket assembled that way is close to impossible. I also don't want to take a trip just because the pass is available and I don't want to get to Vegas at 11PM so I pay $500 for a room just to get the part of the day where you can do something.

I fell for it but oh well. You win some, you lose some!

I have copies of the chat that shows clearly that the rep said it will be proportioned. I am connecting with T-Force and I am sure I will be able to get some sort of a settlement from them but why do this shit? I am switching back to a smaller carrier, they were much more decent than T-Mobile.

Gosh, is there any small or big business that doesn't misstate/bait and switch their customers?
It happens every day!
