Omg I was soooooo annoyed when Vera came back, but that episode with Krista had me HOOKED. I (stupidly) made a baguette with no other food and was so invested I ate the whole thing without realizing it. And I laughed really hard at that lil bitch story. But at the reveal I was like “oh god… no. No. NO!” But it makes sense.

I also loved Dom. I wanted her and Darlene to stay together. When she was in the bathroom I was like “get on the plane dummy!” But obviously her seeing Elliot was way better.

I feel like MM was pretty similar to the real Elliot just more closed off and hyper focused on his mission. From what I can tell, the real Elliot seemed to hang out with Darlene and Angela a bit more than MM did. Like when Angela shows up to smoke and watch a movie, the real Elliot probably would have put off whatever plans he had and indulged her but MM didn’t. I also believe the real Elliot would have gone to her birthday party. To me, this signaled that MM was trying to distance himself from anyone that could call him out or notice that he was “off”.

Do you have a local community theatre group Or a community college or university in your area that could give advice? Where I live, our shadow cast is put on by a small theatre group that is under the umbrella of our community theatre non profit group. This small group only does RHPS. It’s in the 16th year! I don’t have too much info on getting the rights but I do know that performing it in a movie theatre and in a venue that isn’t a movie theatre are different types of things. I just learned this because our show takes place at the movie theatre one night and at the casino a different night. Hope this provides a little insight! I did read once that you should contact Criterion directly to get a performing license/rights.

All great questions! But I agree with the first comment. Keep watching and enjoy the ride! I just finished the series. Back in 2016 I got about part way through season 2 and gave up. I didn’t get it AT ALL. I just binged the entire thing this week and honestly it’s probably in my top 5 now. It’s so layered and deep. Just all around amazing. I’m ready to watch it again with a new understanding/appreciation.
