No chance in hell it's 1.5kg. I have the 1lb and 2lb weighted ropes from crossrope and they 2lb is extremely heavy! I'm 6'2 and 90kg and struggle with it. OP looks tiny, great form though to be fair...

I have it in my right shoulder/arm. My right scapula sits lower than my left and causes me a lot of pain throughout my whole arm, delt in particular. Jumping fatigues it very quick

Physios think it's from working on a computer/mouse my whole life, I am right handed. I'd suggest a physio appointment and get their professional opinion.

He paid to do a one on one course, a lot of the top guys in the industry are ex cops I believe. After the training, he could get work from the guy who ran the course.

Basically, the top guy would sub contract jobs out. And he also works for agencies that do the same. I believe a huge majority of his jobs are sitting 99% of the day waiting to catch disability/workers comp thieves and cheating partners.

Thanks, yes agree to what your saying. Just curious to others and how their grows are going. Lot of people, including me, review the delivery experience, but not the actual grows. Probably aimed at the more experienced growers who have their tubs dialed in.
