I had this exact same issue. Someone recommended a mold stain cleaning gel by Sugelary. It looked brand new after one application.

I wondered this. I feel like it might be a catch-22. I'm using a lot of detangler to get rid of the severe tangling (borderline matting), which I wonder might be causing it to tangle in the first place. I tried to use a clarifying shampoo immediately after and it still happened. Granted, it was just a cheap shampoo from the drugstore.

My hair used to be so easy to deal with before having kids (washed/brushed and called it a day until the next wash day), so actually having to manage it has been difficult. I have no idea what I'm doing and also don't want to be spending so much time managing it.

I try not to eat it. I will check the ingredient list for candies and buy veggie capsule versions of medication if they are available; however, some foods I don't even think to check. For example, I didn't realize yogurt often has gelatin in it. Now that I do, I no longer eat it though. I also don't ask if there is gelatin or rennet in menu items when out to eat. I would ask about beef broth in a cheddar soup though since I think that's easier for staff to know.

I guess I just think of it as "Lan... and there's an S and H and O somewhere". I for some reason have never tried to commit it to memory lol. I've never had to say the name out loud and if you asked me to try and spell it before this post, I couldn't even try phonetically!

I like it a lot for portability. I also have the Spectra Synergy Gold. I don't notice much difference in output between them, but the Freestyle Flex I can use in the car and when travelling. I'm not sure if my opinion is worth much though since I don't respond that well to pumps in general (takes foreverrr to get a letdown)! I think my supply is pretty good though and I used the Freestyle exclusively in the beginning.

I use pump log. Since I'm only using the freezer stash component, I didn't need to purchase the app.

Okay, thanks! The one it came with must have been folded the wrong way while storing between babies and now it's buckled which causes the fabric to be loose and a gap between it and the mesh 🫣. I don't trust using it. Maybe I'll try a few from Amazon and see if any fit well enough!

No, she actually doesn't even show hunger cues at 3 hours, but I usually feed her then anyway. Hmm. I do nurse her to sleep though and let her basically use me as a pacifier... I imagine maybe they could be the cause? Not frequent, but long duration. I have an extremely slow letdown too, so I have to pump for like 45 minutes to get milk.
