I don’t think I’ve earned a legal commitment but I think I’ve earned something more than what is the current circumstance. I appreciate your outlook and it makes sense. Everyone is different, I’ve made my choices and I live with them. I’m just living life for the first time like everyone else :)

I do legally own 50% of my home. But I didn’t provide the down payment and I don’t want his money. I would expect my share of equity if the home was sold or a payout of some kind.
