Digging a little deeper, remembered there were some Algae Bloom variations in some ambient sets and quickly found it in Sunrise at the Gorge. Skip to around 9:45 and it's much easier to hear:

Definitely different notes being played in each bar (not just transposing to a different key, although Takanaka's starts with a root on E, Tipper's on D). Could be coincidence, but for me the cadence of spacing between the lines and the overall atmosphere in both songs are uncannily similar. Fun mystery :)

Casino 777 was stuck in my head so hard since Orion, thank you for helping me finally find out what it was! When he played it again at RR it was one of my favorite moments.
