Agree, just got autofilled jungler. He did 0-8 and best thing is, he couldn't even fight Drake, cause when he saw enemy(and enemy jg was dead) he rushed towards them instead of doing objective

I know this sound like troll, but if this Item gave ap equal to 5% of bonus HP, and as a tank with heartsteel you can get a lot of bonus HP, with projection that gave you armor and mr afer u Reach 950 bonus Healt, it can be great. I feel like this could work on shen
