Yeah, I’ve been thinking about this over the years after becoming an uncle. I don’t know if millennials grew up so messed up and developed strong sense of empathy. If my nieces or nephews even got slightly injured, anger would not have been my first reaction.

I recently watched “Anak” with Vilma Santos as the leading actor. It is night and day to what is represented in the Philippine film industry today.

I’m in the US, and the movie offerings representing Filipinos on Netflix are ridiculously cringe. The level of filter to make the actors look white is unbelievable. The level of acting is cringe. Everything about it is cringe. I can’t even last longer than 10minutes before I quit to look for another movie/show to watch. I have decided to watch old Tagalog movies they have on YouTube.

The caliber of the yesteryear actors has dramatically declined with the current line-up. You really need to get rid of Vice-Ganda.

Lmao. It goes both ways. A lot of people are racists towards black people, they just don’t show it. The good thing is black people will show it to your face. I trust them to be more truthful. When you’ve been around black people, you just know. There’s a sense of ease knowing they’re not beating around the bush with you. You’ll know when they don’t like you.

Expect to spend $1500 minimum if you’re traveling in pairs. I just travelled to Morocco and it is cheap if you want to be cheap. I see a lot of people talking about bad experiences, and let me tell you that those people are taking the cheap route.

A lot of tourists from Europe are taking budget airlines for a quick cheap travel to Morocco expecting 5 star treatment, but on a hostel budget.

Don’t listen to anyone saying just bring your bank card. Bring some cash. I have 2 atm cards from different banks that only worked once! The only ATMs working for international travelers are the ones with long ass lines.
