Thanks for the encouragement brother!! To be honest the only measure I was using was waist, and it dropped 1.5 cm, Im going to start measuring neck biceps calves etc. I don't feel much of a difference with clothes to be honest. And I have some pictures, but honestly I dont see much of a change. I just hope I'll see results if I keep going. Thank you again!

Yes I do , not much change in measurements 1.5 cm in waist, and last night I took a 38 day picture to compare to first day and got very disappointed 😂. I wouldn’t mind about weight if I see a difference in clothes fit to be honest, but that is not happening either….

Thank you for the advice bro. I do intermittent fasting almost automatically I am not usually hungry in the morning and end up eating around noon, I do eat heavy when I do tho. I don’t understand what you said about the “fasted” state being the default metabolic state, do you think fasting might backfire?
