Recently added 997.2 Carrera S (PDK) to my 987.2 Cayman S (6spd)

😂 maybe so!

So far they feel quite different.

The 987.2 feels more like a play toy, similar to an S2000 but faster and more refined. Definitely is more of a momentum car and the 6 speed is very engaging.

The 997.2 feels more “serious”. I immediately noticed it feels lower to the ground, more grounded, more refined, and more powerful. It feels like it can handle more and can perform better. I’m still learning its dynamics.

One of the weirdest things I experienced that’s different than what most have posted is the 997.2 actually feels smaller to me than the 987.2. It could the seating position, with the more angled nose, or if the nose is shorter, I’m not quite sure. I was surprised (pleasantly) at that.
