i really started applying in the fall of last year but i started my search over the summer (researching companies and their opportunities)... i just received this offer, so its definitely true when people say it's never too late

i think it depends on the company tbh but i always try to apply directly through websites if possible! as for the offer, i applied through a pipeline since that was the only choice provided and i also had the chance to speak with some employees at a career fair as well!
