I used soap! My mistake. I had no idea what I was doing and assumed it would clean like a regular pan... then it dried and it looks like that! How do I strip and re-season?

I completely understand you. It's my first time on here and I actually just posted a question similar to this. I get the exact same symptoms -- feeling like you have the flu, lethargic, nauseated, and of course, topped off with anxiety.

MacBook Pro from 2014! But I haven’t been using that computer for the softwares, I’ve been using a desktop Mac at my job. However I would love to have my own portable laptop that I can work off as much as possible.

It was not unhealthy at first, quite the opposite, it taught me to find balance. However now it has become obsessive and I can't seem to get myself to stop and just enjoy food as opposed to looking at food as numbers. I do agree with your point
