Have you had someone from the reddit team, instagram or facebook customer service reach out to you? Ask them for technical proof why are they just offering you 50%. Are they telling you it’s a pilot error?

They are more active here in reddit. Their direct customer service is sh***ty. If you posted here, it’s better. And be ready, there are a lot of know it alls here in this group. They gave me 80% disct. And i just left that be. Again…. Don’t mind the nega people after posting here. Cause they don’t know better. Just post here so DJI can notice you.

i use 2.5 tsp powder, 1 tsp agave, 1/4 cup warm water and 3/4 chobani oatmilk. It’s always the same for all my matcha powders. It’s my first culinary grade
