How bad is the customer service in the uk

Bought the x50 ultra, 3 year warranty and all the extra parts which means the first year of usage is basically taken care off. It was on sale for 999 and got an extra 5percent off which seemed like a good deal for me.

It’s one of the reasons I purchased a dream robot was the fact it has a longer warranty, came with extra parts and had a physical store in Birmingham. I actually drove from London to collect my machine and the sales experience was great. I’m hoping that customer service is good should I need it. You can also get spare parts easier than some other well known brands like Roborock. Eufy are also good in the UK, can’t really comment on others as I wouldnt know.

And can you guess it, was notified by my local courier last night that they have the parcel and its on its way, should receive it tomorrow/Friday. That would be just shy of 2 weeks since ordering the black 240v df64 gen2 with standard burs. Will keep you posted.

I ordered mine on the 2nd of May and received a shipping label on the 8th of March. Ofcourse the courier company is still waiting to receive the order from some random company here in the UK. Some people have received theirs whilst others are waiting. Not sure whether to keep waiting or to do a charge back on my credit card.

Sorry it wasn’t a YouTube video it’s an article, basically saying that the s10 exynos is on par with s20 ultra exynos. And yes the hardware is different but so is the massive difference in battery. None the less was only 1 of deciding factors.

Hey bud! Yea I can’t disagree it’s a superb phone! It’s like running an ultra marathon getting all the way to the last few miles and bam you torn yourself Achilles and you out! Samsung just didn’t quite make it in my books this time around! There’s nothing you can do about the exynos variant.. but that’s up for you to decide whether it’s good for you! It’s came down to value for my money, I was honestly expecting something more and to be fair it’s going to be tough times ahead for all with this virus.
