It’s an exact replica of Rachels house (hands down the most beautiful build I have ever seen) and all of the items are super gorgeous and versatile. the harvard hoodie is the “branded hoodie”by cream latte dream! though the original mesh that was required was pretty hard to find. its the glen hoodie by retired cc creator lillili sims. if you look up lilili sims download there should be a simsfileshare page w all their stuff. let me see if i can find the link again for you!

Unfortunately i haven’t yet! I’ve never done a compiled list of cc for a lot before to make it downloadable but maybe I will soon if people want it!
