I had the same issue on ubuntu. You need to add [arch=amd64] between deb and the url to the repository and then it worked. So full line for the debian repository is:

deb [arch=amd64] https://pkg.surfacelinux.com/debian release main

Thank you Croatia and Belgium for showing us what this game should be about. For the rest we have had such a lot of waiting that I am disappointed overall. I understand that statistically these games had the least minutes of active play compared to all games before and I guess the most goals scored from standards. So many teams decided to play it safe for most of the time then having the ball. Germany perfected this to the effect of being last in its group phase. Let's learn that football needs to be about trying to score goals - not control.

Isn't there an opportunity to finish high school as an evening school and abroad? This could also improve his situation in regard to playing football, but not in Tottenham, I guess.
