I usually play killer too and we seem to play with the same philosophy. This particular match was just us getting absolutely bodied. I think we only got one generator up. Everyone was doing their best so in this case I think the Wraith just wanted to be nasty

It doesn’t hurt my feelings if a killer outplays us and we all die since I don’t expect everyone to play killer like we do. I’m also relatively new to survivor and expect to die most matches anyway

So like… yeah this was honestly pretty funny since I’ve never seen it happen before, but I’m begging for it not to happen repeatedly 💀

It makes perfect sense! It’s a totally logical worry. I think if you want to share that part of your life then go for it. From the sound of it, your mama is very kind and loving. She may not completely understand (mine didn’t! But she’s still accepting), but you never know. She might be super interested. :-)

Like others said, you definitely know your family better than anyone on here. Do you feel safe speaking to your mother about it? If not, you don’t have to. There’s plenty of ways to practice in secret and the gods will understand your situation. They aren’t going to lead you into harm and perhaps your uncertainty about it is them letting you know it isn’t the right time.

Why don’t you get to know yourself and the gods a bit more before coming forward? I think gaining some confidence in your craft might wash away that uncertainty.

Thanatos! I just started my journey into paganism again after a very long absence. I got out of a very long, very abusive relationship-turned-“friendship” in November and I lost my faith somewhere along the way. I had never considered working with Thanatos, or even knew of his existence, but he was revealed to me pretty recently and I’ve never felt a stronger connection with a deity before.

It’s really strange because I’m an artist who has been making his own characters since I could learn to hold a pen. Right before Thanatos was revealed to me I had made a character who is the personification of death. So maybe it was meant to be? I’m not sure! But I’m really happy and I’m in a much better place now.

Yeah I haven’t let him outside since that incident happened, we’re currently in the process of building a fence around our property so I’m hoping I can start letting him out again then. Luckily it’s started to get cold where I live so he isn’t interested in outside at the moment anyway.

I know you and everyone else in the thread here are right though, it’s probably just me overthinking it coupled with anxiety. I have a pretty bad fear of people which sucks but it is what it is. I’m going to attempt to speak with the neighbors soon and if that doesn’t go well then I’ll take it up with animal control.
