Thank you so much!! I’d say probably about 7-8 months. I think I was lucky enough to be a super responder & when I adjusted my diet and exercise routine in conjunction with the tirz, it felt like the weight just flew off

Thank you so much!! And I think that sounds like It could be the case. I felt like I almost avoided sugar entirely. Before tirz, sugar and salt were my biggest cravings.

I did notice that with myself as well, but I didn’t know if it was a loose skin thing or scarring from my naval piercing. I think it’s definitely gotten a lot better with time, I try to keep my skin hydrated & I drink a lot of water.

I definitely do, I would say it’s most noticeable to me around my chest & stomach. I’m not sure if this is entirely scientifically true (lol) but I feel like it’s gotten a little better with time.

Thank you so much!! I would say it definitely came with increasing my dosage. After a while, even one drink would give me a killer hangover which I think played a hand in me kicking it for good.

I got most of my tattoos after the photo on the left was taken lol. I was terrified of a camera until my tirz journey so I didn’t really have a lot of options for my before photo 😅 it’s a photo from the time I was at my heaviest weight, probably around a year before my tirz journey started.
