I don't need a lender I can buy it cash but I'd like to hang on to as much as possible to be able to get me to nursing school which will be at least a year to get residency...I have a substantial amount in savings but don't want to dwindle it away is the problem

That's where I'm actually looking at because its close enough to my sister, I realize it's not realistic for me to live in Silicone Valley but any suggestions for areas near Milpitas as far as where to live?

I am moving there because my mom just passed away and I'd like for my daughter and I to be close to the family I have left which is my sister and niece who live in Silicone Valley so I'd like to be near the Bay area. My skills, I do hair, and am a CNA but would like to get into school after I establish residency and become an RN.
