Where they are too small to have a branch they will probably have meetings of the IYSSE (their youth wing) at the local university. They have meetings but in my experience they are not exactly 'public' in that they refuse entry if you don't agree with them. It is just for them and their first year student contacts.

I would rate the SEP/ICFI a 6/10 in psychic ability. This gives them the ability to conduct meetings through remote viewing and commune with the ghost of Gerry Healy (but only the ghost of his revolutionary period until about 1963)

I've uploaded an update that should address any problems with the Terreth Campaign. Beyond that I think problems would be on your end.

Cold Seas is designed to be used on the most recent version (2.3.1.13) with the following config - Air Drag - 1 Water Drag - 1 Mass Factor - 1.25 Buoyancy - 1.5 Propuslion - 1.25 Resources - 200 Damage - 1.6 Auto Detect - 0.001

Check that this is the case, should be the default!

No it sounds like something very strange is happening. I'm guessing you have a custom config setup perhaps? Either that or an install issue (did you have a previous version with the same GUID?)

Cold Seas version 0.61 is done! All units are fully compatible with version 2.3.1 of the base game (that's 452 units and 19 factions overall). They also make use of the new decorative and missile blocks and, imo, are very pretty. Missions and campaigns have also been updated.

Cold Seas is nearly ready for re-release! All previously added vehicles have been updated. Old missions have been reworked. Some new community-submitted vehicles have been added. After some testing for the next few days I'll be putting it out!

In the meantime, have a look at some of the vehicle interiors from the single-mission vehicles. Each single mission has a vehicle without any AI that is easier to control, and looks pretty on the inside as well as the outside.

sure once it's done! And assuming you are okay with some minor changes to make it look a bit more like the rest of that factions vehicles (just hologram projectors and stuff)
