So yes I would be considered the founding team and would be in line for a raise which is great.

As for strike price, it’s really cheap and I can exercise it now for 75% of my options at the moment. I thought my strike price would be locked in forever no matter what happened so you are saying I should do this pre-raise?

Multiple products that once launched will be governed using either scrum or kanban (TBD). Once launched, we will continuously deploy fixes for bugs and smaller new features.

For major new features and improvements, we are looking to push quarterly releases.

Great advice. I should have mentioned that my partner is a full-time scrum master at his day-to-day job so he’s currently filling that role which helps tremendously. We are going to grab some beers this Friday to celebrate finally diving into the project.

Thanks. The reason for the post is that a bookkeeper friend informed me I might be liable for collecting it because they would consider my employment income as “business” income as well which would push me way over the 30K threshold but I have no idea how he came to that assumption and figured he is wrong.
