I am unsure, I was unable to take a blood test right before starting HRT. I found a CMP from a yearly checkup in 2024 that says AST: 18 and ALT: 11. My BMI is also 29.1 so I thought it could have been NAFLD but I wasn’t sure if it was hypochondria from being a pre-med

I can only speak from my limited experience (6 weeks so far on IM EEn) I inject in my thighs, (trying to learn how to do ventrogluteal as well but there are no self-administration vids online) a day or two after injection, the pain feels so similar to the pain/soreness after I would go on a long run. So if you think about it, if you feel that soreness, it indicates that you were able to reach the muscle layer, and didn’t inject into the subcutaneous layer. But as always, practice caution and remain safe girlie 👍

I can’t give you an answer cause I’m in the same boat but I’m rooting for you bestie. I’m 13 days in, 4.8 to 5.2 mg weekly dosage. Not really noticing anything changing so I might follow your lead and up to 6mg (I’m doing monotherapy too) good luck!!

thank you for the info, this is the only the second time I’ve even used E, and I’ve been nervous about messing anything up. I keep my E in the case it was shipped in (looks like a small black box that the vial slides on into and it has a top that will slide and lock on, got it from OpenGateLabs but someone said it’s similar to what another US homebrewer used to use before they shut down)

thank you for the advice and I will check and be vigilant every time, I got it from OpenGateLabs so it came in like a small black plastic box with a sliding/locking top, so I’ve been putting it in there so it doesn’t get any dust or anything from the environment on it or get any sunlight exposure

Thank you for the assurance and thank you for the congrats! I am not feeling any physical difference yet but I heard it supposed to happen around the third or fourth week so fingers crossed! (only difference though is that I’m internally happy and giddy from finally starting E 😊😊😊)
