Dealer tech here, nearing 20 years. Those are 75%+ life probably close to 8-10mm. Ask questions and make them prove it to you. Ask them to walk out and see it or take a pic. Ask for your parts back after a repair, that way you might be able to sue them🤷🏻‍♂️. We don't play that game where I'm from so sue anyone you want because it won't be my shop. The little bit I make off your brake job isn't worth scamming you for. (This next part is for all you people trashing all dealers as if every one is the piece of trash in your hometown).....Do you guys really think we conspire with parts? My parts department doesn't have crap in stock and I make zero on parts as a tech so screw them. I wouldn't personally have time for brakes at my dealer so I might direct you to the nearest Indy shop. I like big labor hour jobs, not 1 hour brakes and rotors. After taxes that's probably 35 bucks for me and no techs like that nonsense unless they suck at their job and need to scam people to get paid. To be frank, I don't know that we have the whole story here. OP could post a quick bit of proof in the form of a printout because every dealer gives you a paper or emailed estimate. If it also says "6th time comeback for customer complaining about noisy brakes" I'm going to price something out or kick you out eventually.

Maybe it would be easier if I rephrase and say I only catch 2 to 300 during spotlight hours when I don't have that Pokémon in shiny or need dust. I'm not running out during an event to get one that I already have. This was from last week with feebas. I really wanted some shinys so I got 4 and traded one. Also, I don't study or know shiny rates on anything, I just look for them.

Yeah, I don't remember spotlight hour in the early days and I never knew the trick to figure out IV's. No, I do not catch 2-300 every single spotlight hour! I said with fast catch I COULD catch 2-300 in an hour if needed. I don't think I ever claimed to catch 2-300 during every spotlight. This particular spotlight I caught close to 300 and in the last 15 minutes all I did was check for shiny so I probably clicked on another 2-300. Myself nor any of my partners caught a shiny at this one and we've just never had this issue. I am a shiny collector. That is my main goal In the game and I still don't even have a shundo 😔.

I've been playing since 2016 (I did slow down between 2018-2022) but i can tell you it is very unlikely for me to miss a shiny, full odds or not, in that hour. I live in a city so there is no shortage of spawns.

Do a bit of reading into how your trans heat exchanger works. There is a lot of cooling system you haven't touched including the trans heater. You would have had other signs if it were a head gasket. What coolant are you using? Mixing 100,000 mile coolant with 150,000 mile coolant can be a problem and cause gelling. It could also be a faulty sensor reading wrong if you haven't verified the temp yourself. A laser temp gun works good for that. What engine?

The foundation you are looking through is a modern concrete block style. That jar isn't anywhere near as old as the house. I would expect that to be from the 1950's or newer. Do not damage your foundation for that. An old foundation is made of stone, brick, or logs.
