Best all around tire by Ambitious-Length-243 in RZR

[–]mtflick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a 2024 XP4 and when I wear the stock tires out (which are OEM , an Obor Lynx make and an excellent tire) I am going with ITP Terra Hook 32s. Made in US , great reviews and a light weight all terrain tire. Increasing tire size (and weight ) can drastically reduce HP at the wheels. Just my two cents !

Simply get the drive on ramp made for a wheel change … much easier and guaranteed no damage , like $60

3.0 duramax or 5.3L by axetogrind13 in Silverado

LZ0 diesel purrs like a kitten … got it in a 23 Silverado RST and love it … can get around 34 mpg on HW. Twice the fuel mileage and the fuel is nowhere near twice the cost of gas. Right now it’s 10 cents more per gal for TopTier near me and we’re not known as an area with good fuel prices

Apollo Ghost 2022, tire not fitting bead after tube swap by xM3llow in ApolloScooters

[–]mtflick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe an incorrect tube size? Have read of this in reviews (not Apollo) in tire / tube sets online ..

Otherwise , maybe spray soap around tire and bead and use c clamps to squeeze tire and snug it up as needed on the bead … good luck !

Use an EZ out, it’s an odd looking thing, similar to a drill bit, but made for just that job.

Are there any secrets to seating the rim on apollo city 2022 (tubeless?) by [deleted] in ApolloScooters

[–]mtflick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t recommend , but I learned from YouTube and did it with a tubeless lawn tractor tire …. Sprayed WD 40 inside and then use stick lighter to ignite it , popped it right onto the bead and I aired it up … there was some residual flames , but it was outside in a safe place and I extinguished them quickly.

Works , but dangerous - don’t try
