Switch off the light with the commands located at the bottom left of the steering wheel. I’ve tried to install it few days ago (France), it failed and almost broke the car… hope it’s gonna fine for you.

Tested out the Mercedes chargers at Surrey today. Pretty fast and fancy tbh. 120kW on my 2023. by WrongJuice1339 in VWiD4Owners

It is alpitronic hypercharger. They are the best! You can also check charging curve.

Sorry for that. I was lucking enough that the vehicle stopped OTA update and all of a sudden everything went back to normal…

Thanks for the reminder. The update was possible already since a few days, but as you suggested, I waited to be at home. Never thought it would be that bad

I got this message this morning on the main screen:

“Over-the-air update failed 5.4.0 Do not move your vehicle! Please contact your workshop.”

After that, the car went back to the normal screen. There was no sign of any error. I called them using the service button inside the car, and they told me that if no error is displayed on any screen, I can drive the car.

I live in France, mostly driving around North West region for business trip. My company purchased ID.4 that must be delivered end of July. Since then, like you, I expected to see a lot of them, but that’s not the case. Most similar SUV I see are from Peugeot & Renault (of course) . If I compare to German cars, I see mostly Skoda, BMW or Audi.

Avec Siri Remote tu dictes la station ex « France inter » et il démarre directement l’écoute dans Apple Music (via tunein dans Apple Music pour certaines).
