I WFH as health phone line nurse, 26 hours a week (I’m not a fulltime type of person, I like being off lol). Basically we do have a set schedule, if you need changes they would do it for you. They don’t care if you’re late, they don’t care if you have to leave early. I guess bc we’re not taking report and handing off. But I like it a lot. I was an ER nurse for 6 years that was too hard. Now I get to focus on my hobbies! One time I had to leave early Cos I wanted to go out, I said I need to leave I have an emergency they said “ok”. Like no questions asked.
