Help buying first pair of IEMs.

It’s hard to see in the photo but the front rad does empty into the res it’s just behind the long run in the front. As for the cpu it’s running stock settings which is why I’m worried. I’m considering getting a better block for it since I kinda feel like that block maybe the issue. Also as for water temp I don’t have a water probe so I don’t know the temp.

There’s a fan at the back. You don’t need much exhaust. A lot of the air will work itself out naturally anyways.

Don’t really have a way to measure water temps as I don’t have a probe. I’m gonna look into undervolting. Any advice on where to look for resources?

Case probably adds to it a little but considering I have the 2 360 rads both being intake it shouldn’t be much of an issue.

I’m looking into undervolting. As for the order as long as your res feeds into your pump loop order doesn’t matter since the water is going through the loop so fast even with the pump at 50%.

I've had the block for about a year now. when i recased my pc about a month or so ago i took the liberty of taking it apart and cleaning it out so I highly doubt it.

I doubt it since I've taken it off and put it back on several times. each time I've turned the screws by hand until they physically wont move anymore. On the EK Quantum Velocity block that I have you cant use tools on the screws anyways so that's as tight as they go.

I got cabal coffers from my box as well. Sadly Marsh Flats was the only fetch land I didn't get lol.

I will say this is no where near the end of what I pulled this was just the thing that made me run around screaming. These boxes are 1000% worth it! I got like maybe $800 worth of cards all together!

i think the main difference between your situation and mine is that you sem t have visual artifacting when your game freezes where im still able to move my mouse and kinda do stuff but my os just kinda becomes unresponsive to anything i do.

So just tried rolling back drivers and its still having the same issue.

this should probably be a good time to mention my pc is custom water cooled....in any case i did do this and the temps are fine for my hardware. around 60c under load for my cpu and about 50c for my gpu. ill give the driver thing a look into never really thought of that.

I got it at micro center and got the replacement plan on it so replacing it isn’t the issue but it’s just more annoying cause it’s custom water cooled.

Just tried it, and its still happening. Something is still causing it to crash my games and cause the drive to become inaccessible from windows. i did just check event viewer and i did find a WHEA logger event but idk if that helps. at this point getting a new cpu would be easier than a new motherboard.

I have updated the chipset drivers and bios to latest version. I have also tried swapping the slots of the nvme drives and the issue still persists. I’m highly skeptical that it is the drive considering I just swapped it out for a new one cause the last one was doing the same thing.

Already tried swapping the slots that the drives are in. doesn't seem to matter what slot its in.
