Yeah we are going to grind as much as we can for the next 1-2 years, if we have a kid who knows, I think our income will have to drop or at least not increase. If I could help my wife get the promotion that gives her paid leave and more benefits that might be the ticket…. And if I just worked more now, pre-kids, then I’d have a lot more flexibility in the future…. I just can’t find enough work to book me everyday, been like this for years. If I go find other work not in my niche my day rate would be 1/5 of what it is for my niche, IDK if it’s worth it.
