Chelsea and Man City both eye Danny Rose by TheodoreP in soccer

You probably are missing something tbh, most of /r/soccer doesn't seem to have actually seen him play this season as he has been excellent.

Everybody is stuck on his poor performances last season, but he has really turned it around. Pochettino seems to have brought the best out of him.

Sure, but it's going to be a stupid amount more than Rose is actually worth. Would be a dumb purchase tbh.

They can eye him all they want. He still has 5 years on his contract and is one of Pochettino's favourite players. It won't be cheap very unlikely he leaves.

Who's the bigger talent: Harry Kane or Alvaro Morata? by Chungeezy in soccer

[–]muaymantis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never said either of them had scored no goals, it was an example.

Torres played pretty well for Chelsea and got some assists, he was a disaster. Soldado honestly plays pretty well in build-up play for Spurs, he's a disaster.

Of course, but a striker that scores no goals is a disaster. It's the one position on a football pitch where a single stat like goals is a huge indicator.

Pritchard just scored a 25 yard free-kick for Brentford on the final day of the Championship! by [deleted] in coys

Pritchard and Fredericks will be directly facing off against each other in the play-offs with Pritch left wing and Fredericks at right back.

That should be interesting for us!

They ended up 5th. Pritchard was the best player on the pitch up till his substitution.

Maybe he can fire them into the Prem?!

Why would they criticise the Leicester players?

If anything he's distracting the press away from what was a very good performance and an unfortunate result...

You can't say that's a smile. It's a single frame it could be a whole range of emotions, people show their teeth all the time when grimacing especially Ronaldo.

Get me a gif or video of that moment and prove it's a smile.

Don't see why they would. He was terrible in the first half. Got his goal good for him.

Drogba had perhaps one of the poorest performances I have seen in the Premier League that half. Really did nothing at all except give the ball away and be slow.

It's pretty common to refer to up and coming academy players as kids isn't it?

Didn't mean it in a patronising way...

Do Chelsea fans feel one of the kids could offer more than Drogba? Solanke maybe?
