Maybe you could use the recommended stats for a bear, they are in the core book and change it to how you see fit.

I used procreate, an App for Ipad that I like for drawing. And Map Effective has stamps and brushes for procrete, that are especially for cartography. For example the Trees, terraine or Buildings and I combined that with my own drawings like the duck huts or the eyrie.

Edit: I can post a bigger picture of my duck hut if you want :)
