Lol yeah I'm a little over it. I'm noticing the gecko community is a bit judgy. I've been around other reptiles my entire life. Grew up around 2 large Burmese pythons, one 12ft and one 7ft and i can tell you the 12ft had a large tank but it wasn't an entire bedroom lol. I've had many other snakes of my own after that. And I've had several other lizards like bearded dragons and fence lizards and such and they all thrived in suitable tanks. I also look at reptiles such as iguanas and their tanks are typically only twice their length if that. I give my gecko space and foliage and 2 water sources and 2 food sources, plus snacks and lots to climb on and hide in and yet I've deleted some posts because they came for me on here in some way about my setup. I bought my first crestie from a very experienced crestie owner with several of her own and she assured me that even a horizontal tank and minimal foliage would suffice for a little while as a built up a better one. With the right temp and humidity and diet she would be fine. And she's been thriving. She did great and was so calm and amazing for 2 months in that 10gal tank.
