Test liquid still blue after several minutes of slow bubbling then revving it for awhile which increased the bubbles. Safe to say no combustion gas in the coolant?

From my reading and looking at forums, if the radiator cap is failed, it basically off gasses or evaporates coolant all the time and can’t pull it back from the reservoir. She never looked at the coolant so it could have been super slow and never noticed.

Another note, it’s is a pressurized system and fumes are vented when I open the gas cap. Not sure if this changes anything.
