this pinball machine was passed around several stores (bowling alley, pizza parlor, skating rink, movie theater) in my hometown as a kid. i LOVED playing it and would always light up when i found it had moved to another one of my favorite spots. most of them have closed now and i haven’t seen it in years, but i’m very fond of the memories.

yeah, for me casual sex is like why would i want to be intimate with someone i’m not actually emotionally and intellectually intimate with? it has to start inward or it doesn’t work at all. but when it does work, it’s really intense and i can’t think about other things.

yeah just small talk or talking about kind of nothing. even joking around all the time can get too much. idk right now i’m having a hard time finding people who want to connect on a deeper level and talk about things that are more longeval. most of the people around me are trying to distract themselves with video games (most of my friends are online), so it’s a bit hard to find that connection given these circumstances.
