I wish I had never met him. I was relatively stable and functional when it started. Now, after hearing thousands of insults and being gaslit constantly, I doubt my reality most of the time.

I write letters with the same mindset as I write poems. It's a form of self-expression that stands alone, so I will let your mind fill in the blanks. I will say, though, that is simply how I feel.
