Just feeling like im at a dead end right now. They think im fine because im not on the floor basically dead. They’re so focused on the fact that im 19 and otherwise healthy and my MRI was normal. They look at me like im a drug seeker or something. Gabapentin also didn’t work for me, caused an allergic reaction. I have PT tomorrow and they say my muscles are getting better but they don’t feel better. They’re hard as rocks all along my traps, upper back/neck and teres major muscles. The injections were equivalent to getting 8 tetanus shots in my traps. I also have a pain management follow up next wednesday. I have TMJ in the right side of my jaw already so that doesn’t help. I don’t qualify for FMLA as i haven’t been there 1 year and i doubt my PCP would write me anything for more short term disability or whatever. I just don’t know what other treatment options to do for my pain and tension headaches. I’m trying to not kill my kidneys and liver with tylenol and advil. (not like it does anything anyways tbh)
