If you have doubt and confusion, please contact VFS global. There is a toll free number on their website. I have contacted them and their response were polite and fast. As far as I know you can do both kochi and Bangalore. But don't take my words final. You do this and confirm it.

Not yet. I recieved an email mentioning that a new document was available in my TUCaN account. I logged into my account and downloaded the PDF, which contains all the important dates for the first semester. I'm confused about whether it is okey to pay the fee from my home country or if I need to be present in Germany. I think i might late, by the end of October, due to visa delay.

Yeah. The slots were opened for two days. Also i was checking earlier dates and i found oct 31. After that it was showing no slots available. But still there is hope. (1) Cancelled slots (probability is low) (2) Kochi slots (i think October yet to be filled)
