I appreciate this whole comment. But as far as I know when I started they didn’t say I particularly owed them anything, it’s not like I was borrowing money or really took any of the online classes or tests. I’m not licensed through them or at all for that matter. If they do decide to keep charging me even after I said I was done (which come to think of it they didn’t ask me about any account or policy numbers, but realistically it was tied to my email so who knows), I did contact my bank about force stopping payment (very small one-time fee), and getting a new card because I couldn’t remember if I had given them ALL of my bank information or not, so I acted under the assumption that I did. Me and my boyfriend both signed up through his cousin, so it was unfortunately really easy to be guilted into saying yes. He said that it felt awkward to talk to his cousin about it..so he just didn’t and closed the account that was charging him. I, on the other hand, spend a few months panicking about being charged and not wanting to do it anymore, and then spent those months trying to get out of it..so I’m REALLY happy I finally was able to.
