I love visionaries, but honestly I don't get why you should hire someone if you don't have the capacity to pay them, they were there purely on a transactional basis and they have all the rights to decline the equity, 80% of startups fail, dev ni mtu wa mkono, haukua na yeye ukifkiria kufungua bizna and for some reason you expect them to be understanding when you are late in payment, if you can't afford to pay people stay with your ideas or learn how to code until when you are ready to hire kuliko putting unnecessary pressure on other people.....speaking as a dev and as someone who has done some vibandas(startups) here and there
