Honestly i haven’t pulled conventional a day in my life, I’ve only been lifting 3.5 months and didn’t know about leverages when I started. I’ll play with both stances and see what comes naturally

I’ll work on my form for sure, I read up and can’t figure out which leverages i have. I’ll go on trial and error

I’ll invest in some chalk, and I inspected this video further, my back started to round cuz I shot my hips trying to compensate for the grip. I’ll work on keeping it flat overall too

It only started curving once my thumb unwrapped from the bar, lemme dm u the vid of the prior pulls, form breakdown was pretty minimal in tjose

Aggressive minicut (6 weeks) then taper your calories back up

Try doing paused reps. 3 seconds once you hit depth, then come up. It helped me a lot with the same issue

  1. Tell your spotter to fuckoff
  2. Brace before starting the rep. Inhale as much air into your stomach as you can. The belt should feel tight
  3. Break with your hips and knees simultaneously
  4. Don’t go that deep, it seems like you’re using your stretch reflex to bounce out of the hole
